All crystal + aroma products ship within 1-3 business days after your purchase. We ship through USPS and UPS to all locations within the U.S. All orders over $100 are eligible for standard free shipping. Express shipping does not qualify for free shipping offer.

All orders come with standard tracking and insurance. After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email and your shipment details. We are unable to re-route a package after it has left our studio and cannot be held responsible for any missing orders marked as 'delivered' by USPS or UPS.
